BOOKING POLICY 

The Handcrafted Tomato Private Chef Booking Policy


 

Thank you for choosing The Handcrafted Tomato for your upcoming event! To ensure we deliver the best possible experience, please review and acknowledge the following booking policies:


 

Booking & Reservation

• To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the event date.

• All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for optimal scheduling.


 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7-13 days will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 6 days of the event will result in a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, but is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, travel disruptions), we will make reasonable accommodations, but please notify us as early as possible.


 

 Guest Count

• The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event.

• Adjustments to the guest count within 48 hours will incur a $25 per guest change fee.


 

Travel & Service Fees

• Travel fees are included for events within a 30-mile radius. Events outside this area may incur a $1 per mile travel fee.

• Service fees for events over 20 guests may apply, depending on the complexity and location of the event.


 

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing a clean, functional kitchen for preparation.

• Any special dietary restrictions or preferences should be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

• The client should ensure there is adequate seating and tableware for guests.


 

Gratuity & Feedback

• A gratuity of 10%-15% is appreciated and can be added to the final bill if desired.

• We welcome your feedback to improve and personalize your future experiences with The Handcrafted Tomato.


 

 Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event via bank transfer or credit card.

• A final receipt and service summary will be provided following the event.
